Pet Lamb

Each year rural New Zealand schools hold a pet day. Lambs and calves are taken to school by their adoring young owners in the hope of a ribbon. Everyone is a winner at these annual events. It's unique to the New Zealand rural lifestyle many enjoy.

Pink Ballet Shoes

I attended a Ballet Class one time to watch the children prepare for a rehearsal for a Christmas Recital they were going to do the following week. This reminds me of the beautiful pastel works Degas used to do of the ballet dancers in the French Ballet Schools
